Vittoria Varone is a sustainability professional with a strong passion for music, culture and positive environmental change. Holding a Master's in Sustainability Transition Management, she is particularly interested in the role that live events can play in accelerating the transition towards a more sustainable future.

A lifelong electronic music enthusiast, Vittoria's passion for music and culture has been shaped by growing up in Italy and by living in Milan, Berlin and Barcelona—three cities whose distinct creative identities have influenced her perspective on community, culture and collective experiences. These experiences have strengthened her belief in the power of music and cultural spaces to bring people together and inspire positive change.

Throughout her career, Vittoria has supported organisations across a wide range of industries in assessing and improving their sustainability performance, helping them better understand their environmental and social impacts and identify opportunities for meaningful improvement. Combining this experience with her passion for electronic music and live events, she is particularly interested in supporting festivals and cultural organisations on their sustainability journeys.
