PAULINE BOURDON
Sustainability Consultant & Joyful Disrupter
Pauline Bourdon is a sustainability consultant and joyful disrupter whose work sits at the intersection of logistics, creativity, and climate justice, helping the music industry imagine, and build, a fairer future.
Her career began on the ground, working in artist logistics and accreditation management across some of the UK’s most influential festivals. That hands-on experience gave Pauline an unfiltered view of the live events ecosystem: its pressures, its possibilities, and the points where meaningful change can no longer be postponed.
Pauline’s values and creativity have always been at the heart of her life and career. Her time growing up in France nourished a profound love and respect for artists, cultural spaces and their ecosystem of creatives. In 2021, 7 years after moving to the UK, she took a bold leap and founded Soliphilia. A consultancy that would merge her passion for artist development and for a fairer, greener and kinder future for the music industry.
Beyond her consultancy work, Pauline is a committed educator and advocate for knowledge sharing and collaborative learning for systemic change. She lectures in climate & social justice in the music industry at universities such as BIMM Bristol & London and regularly guest lectures across the UK. She is part of a pioneering industry network of changemakers, contributing to the UK music industry’s transition and beyond. Pauline was also selected as part of the 100 most influential and engaged industry professionals in the UK in 2025 by AAA.
