EVA BALABAN

Eva Balaban is a Berlin-based sustainability consultant specialising in sustainability strategy, management systems, implementation, and reporting. She supports organisations in translating sustainability ambitions into structured frameworks, practical action, and measurable outcomes. Her experience includes leading ISO 20121:2024 certification processes, developing governance documentation and action plans, conducting sustainability assessments, and advising a range of organisations and international projects. She is also the co-author of Sustainability Toolkit: A Practical Guide for Cultural Relations Institutes. Eva works internationally in Spanish, English, German and Bulgarian.
