Claire is the CEO and Founder of Sport Positive, a global authority and leading voice supporting the global sports industry on climate action, sustainability, biodiversity and environmental justice. Sport Positive does this through the annual award-winning Sport Positive Summit and Awards, Sport Positive Leagues, The Climate of Sport podcast, training, reports, social and mainstream media engagement.

Claire is a member of UEFA’s Environment Steering Group, a member of the World Economic Forum’s Earth Decides group, an Advisory Board Member for Ecoathletes, Athletes of the World and The Sport Ecology Group.

Her views and work have been covered by BBC Sport, Sky Sports News, The Mirror, BT Sport, Euronews, The Independent, Reuters, The Times, The New York Times, The Nikkei, The Japan Times, The Athletic, Rouleur, Euractiv, Ecolospot and more. She is a frequent keynote speaker and chairperson at industry conferences.

She was one of Sport Business Journal’s ‘Influential Executives To Know in Sports Sustainability’ list in 2022, and was presented with a Special Recognition Award from the British Association of Sustainable Sport in 2025 calling her “one of the most influential voices in sustainable sport globally,” having created “a global initiative that has broadened and energised the sustainable sport movement across the world - bringing people together, creating new spaces for collaboration, and generating the headlines and momentum that create a bigger space for action.”
