Brechje Merckx is a global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader and cultural strategist with a background spanning the music industry, nonprofit leadership and international organizational development. In addition to her corporate work as Global DEI Manager, Brechje is part of the organizing committee of VESTROCK. Here she champions accessibility, social impact, and future focused festival innovation. Under her guidance, VESTROCK has become a frontrunner in inclusive audience experience, including the pioneering implementation of NaviLens technology, making the festival more accessible for visitors with visual impairments and setting new standards for the live events sector.
