From our team speaking at key gatherings to inspiring updates from festivals, venues, and clubs, the past few weeks have brought plenty of positive movement. Here’s a look at what we’ve been following and celebrating recently.
AGF On the Road: Events, Talks & Collaborations
Our ever-industrious CEO, Claire O’Neill, started the second leg of her low-carbon European tour, in which she travelled by train only to speak at key sustainability focused events.
She began in London at the Media Production Show, where she discussed sustainable power solutions for live events; then went to the Berlin Dance Music Event in Germany to talk about green touring practices for DJs and live acts; at the Bridge Conference in Croatia, she explored circular and green futures for festivals; before returning to the UK for SXSW London, where she discussed climate-conscious live event models and Earthfest Music Summit, where she addressed the live music industry’s role in combating the climate crisis.
