Stage 2 - Assessor Training
To register or find out more information please contact training@agreenerfuture.com
Stage 2 training is delivered in-house by AGF via a combination of onsite mentored support and further online training.
It involves putting learnings from Stage 1 into practice. Stage 2 trainees learn how to carry out
live AGF assessments and site audits under the guidance of one of AGF’s senior assessors who
acts as mentors.
Every month, more frequently during the peak summer season, trainees and qualified assessors
are invited to apply to the roster of events and venues to be assessed by AGF. The assessor’s location is taken into
account as it’s important to keep the travel footprint as low as possible.
Once an event is assigned trainees are paired with a mentor/Senior Assessor who will work with
them throughout the process from review of the event through to site visit and final report.
We provide further online training which covers:-
AGF framework and how it links to the assessment questions
The sort of information and data we are looking for from the client.
Site visits, how to approach them and onsite protocols.
Reporting format and language
It usually takes 2 -3 assessments before an individual is competent and confident to go it alone
as a qualified assessor. There is a registration fee charged.
For each assessment the travel, food and where relevant accommodation costs are covered by
the event.
NB this is not full-time work.
Once qualified assessors are paid a fee for each completed assessment and report.
