Dr Ian Whiteside

Dr Ian Whiteside bio has been teaching Events at Sheffield Hallam University for over 15 years. Prior to this he had a career in arts management, managing arts centres, galleries and theatres.

Dr Ian Whiteside is currently working on research concerned with Event theory and how this can be applied to Sustainability in Events and the use of AI, developing a model that is a planning tool to help with deciding acceptability and feasibility of decisions in the event planning process.
