During the last 16 years she has worked for Danone with strong convictions on her 3 passions: social engagement, innovation with purpose and social impact. But Françoise’s impact extends beyond the company walls. She actively fosters partnerships with NGOs and global initiatives, being an Executive Board Member of UNITAR, UN agency as well as Make Mothers Matter and Youth for Women Foundation international NGOs acting for gender equality, social inclusion and impact. She is also President of the Be Family movement to engage corporates towards Family Friendly workplaces. Françoise is based in Massy, Paris, and she is a mother of 4 kids. She will continue to be a conductor of change, harmonising people, planet, and purpose.
