As Sustainability Manager at Far and Beyond, Cameron leads the sustainability strategy and delivery for the BBC's flagship festivals: Radio 1's Big Weekend and Radio 2 in the Park. In 2025, he engaged with the UN's Accelerator City programme in Liverpool, driving the largest-ever sustainability data collection and analysis for Radio 1's Big Weekend, which went on to win the Green Award at the UK Festival Awards.
Cameron formerly oversaw sustainability initiatives as part of the AGF team at BST Hyde Park and the Platinum Jubilee Pageant (2021), before heading up sustainability at Terminal V (2022 & 2023) and Download Festival (2024).
